Ingredients
  • 2 oz. tequila
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • ¾ oz. ginger syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Candied ginger
  • Glass type: coupe
Instructions
  1. Add all to your cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Yes, that means separate your egg.
  3. Shake.
  4. Seriously, for like a full minute.
  5. That’s 60 nonstop seconds.
  6. It sucks, but it’s worth it when you drink it.
  7. Pour into your glass.
  8. Garnish with candied ginger.
  9. Smile thinking about Machu Picchu.
  10. Then remember you’re drinking fiery ginger.
